- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as we begin processing it immediately for quick dispatch.
Exchange Policy
Size Issues
- Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
- If you face size issues, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
- A ₹200 charge per item will apply for reverse pickup and re-shipping.
(This helps us cover logistics costs and keep our product prices affordable.)
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Product
- In rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images of the issue for verification
- After verification:
- We will arrange a replacement, or
- Provide store credit if the item is unavailable
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products purchased during SALE or discount offers
- International orders
- Minor color variations (10–15%) due to lighting or screen differences
- Products that are used, washed, or damaged
- Change of mind after purchase
Refund Policy
- We primarily offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds
- In exceptional cases (such as product unavailability), refunds may be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

Store Credit
